This case is concerned with the propriety of the grant of a motion for summary judgment in a shareholders derivative action. The appellants-plaintiffs, Louis R. Centrella and Teewinot Broadcasting, Inc. (appellants), on August 2, 1978, brought suit against the defendants-appellees, Newbold Morris (appellee) and Teewinot Broadcasting, Inc. (Teewinot), by means of a complaint which alleged five - Page 960 causes of action. Appellee moved for summary judgment. The district court granted the appellees motion for summary judgment as to the first, second, third, and fourth causes of action, all of which are a part of or related to appellants basic shareholders derivative action. The district court made an express determination that there was no just reason for delay and expressly directed the entry of the partial summary judgment, pursuant to Rule 54(b), W.R.C.P.
